You’ll receive an email with a link to download or access the Tax App.
Once you click the Tax App link, after a few minutes you’ll receive a Quick Check-In email from us.

That Quick Check-In email is where you’ll confirm whether you’ve finished uploading all documents and completing everything in the Tax App.

If you’re already done, simply click YES in that email.
If you’re not done yet, no action is needed at that time — just continue working in the Tax App.
Once you’re finished, return to that same email and click the confirmation link to let us know you’re done.

This step is very important.
It allows our system to notify our team and helps us prioritize your tax return promptly during tax season.
